Tomato Relish & Herb Mayo Is One Way To Make A Burger Taste Ridiculously Good

You read the title, right? Right? If you're going to go out of your way to make a special burger mayo like a herb mayo I will automatically give you props. Much respect. And then you go out and do a tomato relish to top it off as well? UNBELIEVABLE! I'm a relish guy & can't even say I'm a massive fan of tomatoes though that one in particular worked perfectly. The whole wheat bun was oddly dry so this was the perfect balance to it. Great burger.
